Meet Our Clinicians
Kristin Ball, RP
Kristin is a Registered Psychotherapist in Ontario who works with adults, teens, and children navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, emotional regulation challenges, trauma, and major life transitions. Her background includes years of crisis and community mental health work supporting people during complex and and emotionally challenging periods of life.

She focuses on helping clients move forward with clarity—building practical skills, noticing unhelpful patterns, and developing accountability alongside empathy and support. Sessions often include clear feedback and real-life strategies so clients can build momentum and lasting change without feeling judged or overwhelmed.
Kristin brings lived experience with ADHD and anxiety within her own family alongside extensive clinical experience, which shapes her compassionate and realistic approach to therapy.
